Mobile Enabled Loyalty!
With a mobile loyalty program, retailers can extend the benefits of a traditional loyalty program to the customer’s cell phone. They can identify and reward loyal customers with automated messages triggered by their “dollars spent.” Also, retailers have the ability to recapture lost customers with automated messaging triggered when a customer has not visited recently. Additionally, the system provides on going marketing messages that engage the customer on their cell phone with promotional information and special pricing.
